Zapier is an addon for WP Travel Engine that lets users create Zapier automation ( through catch webhooks ) for booking and enquiries data. With the addon, you can get all of your booking and enquiries data to multiple webhooks created in the Zapier application.
With the addon, users will be able to simply integrate their bookings and enquiries data from WP Travel Engine to their Zapier account that opens up possibilities with 400+ third party web services integration available in Zapier, including Highrise, Twilio, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Xero, Zendesk, Dropbox, Google Docs and more.

Requirements for the WP Travel Engine – Zapier addon are:
- WP Travel Engine – v.4.0.6 or later
- A Zapier account
Minimal configuration
Zapier addon takes minimal configuration or setups. You can simply activate the plugin, set up your desired webhooks for bookings and enquiries data, and everything else is automatically handled by the webhook, every time a new booking or enquiry is created on your website.
Multiple webhooks support
Zapier addon supports the addition of multiple webhooks from Zapier zaps for booking and enquiries. You can add a set of webhooks for booking and enquiries for your integration setups on Zapier and all of the added webhooks will be triggered when booking or enquiry is created. This will give you an additional level of flexibility to manage and automate your tasks with Zapier.
Webhooks integration testing
Testing a webhook after addition in WP Travel Engine is easy with Zapier addon. After adding a webhook name and URL, you can use the button beside to trigger the webhook with sample booking or enquiry data. This feature will let you configure and map fields to specific headings/lists and prepare your configurations so that you can automate the task next time you receive a booking or enquiry request on your website.
Automate webhooks trigger for booking/enquiry
Zapier addon has an easy checkbox toggle that lets you enable or disable automation of webhooks triggers. Enable or disable the automation for your booking and enquiry webhooks trigger as per your requirements.
Manual Zapier webhook trigger support
Want your old bookings and enquiries to be added support for webhooks? After setting up the webhooks for bookings and enquiries, you can choose the bookings/enquiries from the list that you would like to send to the webhook trigger and the booking/enquiries will be sent to the booking and enquiries webhooks defined in settings.
Note: As the webhooks trigger sends a PHP cURL request to Zapier’s webhooks, please make sure your PHP cURL settings are enabled on your web server. Also, bulk manual webhook triggers should also be used cautiously( not many bookings/enquiries at a time ) as multiple cURLs might lead to server request timeout.
